Job Description
Studies data sources by interviewing users;
defining, analyzing, and validating data objects;
identifying the relationship among data objects.
Plans data integration process by developing common definitions of sourced data;
designing common keys in physical data structure;
establishing data integration specifications;
examining data applications.
Examines data models and determines best-fit data interchange methods.
Assesses middleware tools for data integration, transformation, and routing.
Develops project scope and specifications identifying factors that negatively impact integration;
forecasts resource requirements and establishes delivery timetables.
Use python to design and execute data engineering pipelines
Work with researchers to understand the requirements for data provisioning and then provision the data in a secure and governed fashion.
