Responsibilities:
Inform the client of cost performance using data from multiple sources.
Develop presentations &
narratives of cost &
schedule performance across the project.
Develop and maintain databases and reporting dashboards.
Develop and maintain data models and governance processes.
Presentation to clients and internal teams of developed dashboards &
analyses.
Create processes and structure to support the “way of working”.
Present high-level metrics in a simple, accessible way.
