Senior Corporate Counsel, M&A

Job Description
Come join Renesasas Senior Corporate Counsel in the Mergers &
Acquisitions legal department! In this role, you will manage both M&
A and strategic investment transactions across Renesas group globally, working closely with the corporate M&
A and multiple functional teams.
You will report to the Director, Corporate Counsel. The position can be fully remote or hybrid working out of our San Jose, California office.
Work closely with and advise corporate M&
A, business and other functional teams in all stages of an acquisition, including NDA, term sheet, due diligence, definitive agreements, signing, regulatory filings, integration planning, and closing.
Manage acquisition post-closing matters such as integration, indemnification, earnouts, and litigation.
Lead and manage all stages of strategic investment transactions and advise on portfolio company matters.
Manage outside counsel effectively and efficiently.
Develop and improve transaction processes and templates.
