Senior Contracts Coordinator Responsibilities:

We are looking for a driven, Senior Contracts Coordinator, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to lead on a team.
Prepare sales and purchase orders
Prepare subcontracts and work orders
Review and update existing contracts
Prepare and submit payment and performance bonds
Prepare and submit various forms for subcontractors and suppliers on federally funded projects
Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.G. payments and shipping’s)
Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
Create language standards for existing and new contracts
Being the liaison between internal sales &
project management teams
Support and delegate work between a team of 3-4 persons.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Contract Coordinator
Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
Familiarity with accounting procedures
Excellent writing skills
Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
Ability to help lead a team of 3-4 people.
Preferred BS degree in Business Administration;
additional qualifications in law are also a plus
