The San Diego office is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically mindedSeniorCivil Engineer/Project Managerwith twelve plus years of progressive experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from project entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and construction administration.
Compensation and Benefits:
Expected Base Salary:
$120,000 to $140,000 based on experience.
Expected Signing Bonus:
$7,000 to $10,000 based on experience.
Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
Competitive end of year discretionarybonus based on company/team/personal performance.
Hybrid work schedule (subject to change).
401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.
