Senior Civil Designer

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Multi-disciplinary Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Civil Designer in Harrisburg, PA.
Responsibilities:
Perform CAD Drafting with AutoDesk Civil 3D while utilizing survey field data.
Prepare Site/Civil drawings including grading, utility, and SWM / E&
S plans.
Prepare various forms of site/civil details &
exhibits.
Provide office support;
this includes performing area, slope, and volume computations.
Ensure scheduling and productivity objectives are achieved.
Perform field work on an as-needed basis;
this includes observingconstruction and assisting Surveyors.
Provide mentorship to other staff members.
Additional duties may be assigned, as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent).
5+ years of professional experience working in Civil Design and/or Civil Drafting.
Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology, or a related technical field of study is a plus!
Experience working on a variety of Land Development projects;
experience with both greenfield and brownfield projects is a plus!
Proficiency with engineering / CADD tools;
experience with AutoCADCivil 3D is preferred!
Proficiency on standard Microsoft Office software applications.
Proven ability to utilize technical mathematics.
Proven ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to work in a self-motivated manner while effectively multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple assignments.
Excellent communication skills (verbal &
written);
proven active-listening skills is a plus!
