Senior Audit Associate

Responsibilities:
Execute and lead financial audits for a diverse client base
Conduct risk assessments, identify control weaknesses, and develop audit plans
Perform testing of financial data, internal controls, and operational processes
Analyze and interpret audit findings, and prepare comprehensive reports
Communicate audit results and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to address client needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field
Three (3) to five (5) years of strong attestation experience
Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills
Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
Able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments

$85K/yr - $97K/yr, salary negotiable
