Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex legal research, drafting, and analysis efforts.
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Spearhead high-level estate planning, corporate transactions, and other critical legal projects.
Ensure the highest quality of client service through effective team collaboration and leadership.
Operate seamlessly between the firms locations in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and downtown Chicago, Illinois.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in law with a strong emphasis on trusts, estates, and taxation.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
