Senior Analyst, Treasury And Investor Relations

Job Description
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting various treasury and capital market activities, investor relations activities, investments, digital assets strategies, and corporate finance items.
Your Focus:
TreasurySupport cash and liquidity management
Support capital markets activities, balance sheet, and liability management initiatives
Support digital assets strategy/analysis, audit/reporting initiatives, and ensure compliance with company’s treasury policies
Support new vendor onboarding and documentation, purchase order management, timely processing of accounts payable, and other related activities
Investor RelationsSupport investor relations initiatives including financial modeling, presentation development, investor meeting organization/follow-ups, and quarterly earnings calls
Support research analyst communications and summarizing the research notes
Prepare quarterly IR reports for senior leadership
Ensure timely publication of press releases through business wire
Track investor inbounds and ensure timely responses
Maintain conference calendar and support scheduling of various stakeholder meetings
Support annual conference planning, agenda preparation, speaker/sponsor coordination, and related logistics
Corporate FinanceWork with cross-functional teams (FP&
A, accounting, financialreporting, legal) to obtain, evaluate, and streamline data and existing processes
Support annual corporate insurance renewal processes
