Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Sr. Account Executive to join Conill. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth and success by managing client relationships and executing effective advertising campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fun national brand on their multicultural campaigns.
This person brings a team together and supportsthe overallbusiness and execution planningin collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients. The Sr. AE is results-oriented and is committed to instilling a higher level of measurability and accountability to the rest of the team. The Account Executive can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, simultaneously. A collaborative attitude and works with all departments in the agency and must be able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere. The Sr. Account Executive embraces the Conill spirit of Different Rules. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Support all aspects of business from strategy development to managing creative delivery
Take initiative in managing and fostering relationships with clients and all agency teams &
partners.
Drive work on an integrated cross-agency model with poise and influential ability, keeping a keen eye in what's best for multicultural and the brand.
Manages the execution ofbusiness aspects of the initiative based on an approved scope of work on any given Idea.
Supportsallassignment briefsinpartnership withStrategicPlanning via analysis of Sales/Product information (i.E. business landscape).
Partners very closely with Strategic Planning, Creative, etc.To help sell ideas to the client.
Managesclient expectationsregarding timing,schedule and process.
Support overall communication on projects, providinginsightto agency team members regarding client business orproject-specificneeds.
Supports creativeoptimization recommendations with internal teams and client.
Estimation and management of project timelines
Scheduling of internal planning meetings, including Kick-off meetings and Internal Creative Reviews presentations
Initiate client-facing decks and support development as needed.
Routes layouts, copy, content decks, images, proofs, etc. for internal approvals to ensure internal quality controls are being met.
Responsible for obtaining creative approvals, and routing assets through proofreading.
