Seed Sales Distribution Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the President and General Manager to establish sales goals and marketing strategies
Execute marketing activities and follow up with established and potential customers
Maintain CRM software and document interactions with leads and customers
Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and RFQs
Attend trade shows and conferences, both domestically and internationally
Prepare reports detailing significant events during travel
Visit key accounts and prospective customers
Maintain overall sales margin on all sales
Other duties as assigned
