What you will be doing?
Will oversee all tickets for this group.
Acts as the first point of escalation for the associates on the team
Will help trouble shoot and research any issues the associates may need.
Process inbound transfers for all asset types
Work with team to ensure the timely processing of asset movement and system postings.
Reconcile transactions to ensure no position or cash outages are reported.
When exception is discovered, work to complete it in a timely manner to meet all expected SLAs.
Work with the service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Work with various counterparties to ensure a smooth transfer process.
Ensure all relevant procedures are updated and utilized.
Monitor email box to ensure requests are addressed appropriately.
Work with Management on reporting
Work on other items as needed from Management.
Look for ways to improve the processes.
What you will need:
Advanced knowledge in the use of technical office tools as well as applications specific to trust systems/processes.
Requires strong problem-solving, time management, organizational and data entry skills.
Familiar with inbound/outbound process
Experience with Transfers and the transfer process
Advanced experience with Excel
Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in an organized manner.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public.
*Candidate must be located in or near Canton MA or Atlanta GA.

The pay range for this full-time position is $26.70 - $43.51 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
