In this position, you will be responsible for leading projects and activities that align with the LRP of a manufacturing/packaging facility, focusing on maintaining competitiveness, compliance, and providing necessary training and upskilling for staff to support production requirements. Projects include NPI launches, efficiency improvements coaching, and mentoring of staff.

Responsibilities:
Creates continuous improvement plans.
Translates project plans into measurable actions
Executes against local plant procedures and processes
Mentors and supports new and junior level supervisors.
Manages new product launches to ensure all productiontargets are met
Delivers periodic progress updates for plant management;
may deliver project updates to senior leaders or external stakeholders as required by assigned projects
Anticipates and addresses progress roadblocks, escalating when appropriate;
proactively drives development of contingency and or risk-mitigation plans
