Seasonal - Valet Cashier

The Valet Cashier will be responsible for understanding parking procedures, providing excellent customer service to guests, and maintaining accurate records of all monetary transactions.
Responsibilities
Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome upon arrival.
Processing parking transactions and accurately handling all payments.
Providing information on the resort's amenities and services to guests.
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of valet parking areas.
Resolving guest complaints and escalating issues as needed.
Essential Functions
Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25pounds
Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a cash handling position.
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately balance cash drawers and record financial transactions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
