We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of our federal client's third-party project management software! This enterprise-wide platform manages more than 300 million square feet of real estate throughout the country and is relied upon by more than 5,000 stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team communication and alignment.
Identify and eliminate any impediments that hinder development team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and continuous delivery.
Coach team members on agile methodologies and best practices, when needed.
Track team performance using metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on team progress, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with product vision and goals.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related discipline.
Current Scrum Master or PMI-ACP certification.
Prior experience with Agile projects, scrum project methodology, Jira software, requirements management, and software testing.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust with the federal government.
