Role Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled SATCOM Engineers to join our clients' team inHonolulu, Hawaii. This position requires top-tier professionals with expertise in satellitecommunications, particularly with Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) systems. Candidatesmust hold a TS/SCI clearance and be passionate about advancing satellite communicationoperations.

Responsibilities:
Satellite Communications Expertise:
Develop and maintain satellite communication systems, ensuring high availabilityand performance.
Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technicalissues.
Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to design and implementrobust SATCOM solutions.
VSAT Systems:
Manage VSAT network operations, including setup, configuration, and
Maintenance.
Ensure the security and efficiency of VSAT communication links.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and junior engineers on
VSAT systems.
FORNSAT Knowledge:
Apply understanding of Foreign Satellite (FORNSAT) systems to enhance theorganization's satellite communication capabilities.
Stay updated with the latest developments in international satellite
Communication technologies and best practices.
Assist in integrating FORNSAT systems with existing infrastructure where
Applicable.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in satellite communications, specifically with VSAT systems.
TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
Familiarity with FORNSAT systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.

Expanded Knowledge in Satellite Communications:
In-depth understanding of satellite communication technologies and systems.
Experience with system analysis and technical troubleshooting.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in managing and maintaining VSAT systems.

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $160,000
