Sap Technology Consultant

Job Description
The SAP Technology consultant is responsible for resolving and troubleshooting complex system and service issues. The SAP Consultant role is also responsible foradvising, supporting, and implementing services related to the SAP software. Which includes working with the client to design and implement new SAP systems, support existing technological infrastructure, and upgrade software as per the latest updates. They are also responsible for training users on new SAP solutions and working with other developers to ensure the smooth running of SAPsystems.
Design, implement, document, test, troubleshoot, and deploy IT system solutions related to SAP
Maintain, monitor, and configure Oracle Database
Act as point person to support overseas SAP operation team to assist and troubleshoot SAP / Oracle issues
Upgrade / Patch SAP
Support Oracle-related issues
Provide tier 3 End user support
Work with business clients to evaluate, streamline, and improve current systems, processes, and workflow
Maintain and develop documentation
Recommend, Design, and plan upgrades and improvements
Patch Management
Monitor systems and respond to alerts quickly
Report system issues quickly
