We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel capabilities, and preferably experience in the retail sector. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
Configure and manage Omni-Channel routing and workforce management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs.
Develop technical architecture strategies and roadmaps.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of the Salesforce platform.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Service Cloud.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud Architect.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Omni-Channel.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
Salesforce certifications (e.G., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC.
