Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Head of Revenue Operations, and lead the ongoing support, development and architectural oversight of (url removed). This role will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes including Quote-to-Cash, Third-Party Application Integration, Community portals, business process automation and more. This role requires diligence and proactive communication, as it is part administrator and part technical project manager. This role will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform and extended ecosystem.
Serve as primary system administrator for the (url removed) environment
Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, security, workflows and other tasks
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Manage (url removed) data feeds and other integrations
Work with management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team
Operate independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
