Job Description
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Support professional to join our team, with a special focus on enhancing our engagement with architect and interior design clients. This role is not just about supporting sales;
it's about elevating the client experience to unprecedented levels of excellence.
As a pivotal member of our sales support team, your mission will be multifaceted. You will be the linchpin in providing our clients with comprehensive product knowledge, from samples and pricing to detailed product specifications. Your efforts will be instrumental in assisting the sales team in crafting unforgettable sales presentations and client events that not only captivate but convert.

SALES SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
Fulfill client requests for samples, pricing, product information and product availability
Schedule sales presentations with existing and new accounts
Assist sales reps in organizing client events (order food, prepare samples, etc.)
Occasionally attend sales meetings to assist (virtual and locally in person), take notes, identify action items, distribute action items to appropriate team member, and ensure completion. When requested by Sales Rep, follow up with client post meeting.
Conduct research to identify prospective new clients
Assist sales team with identifying and presenting the most compatible product(s) in our product portfolio to help clients meet their particular project needs
Send thank you notes and gifts to clients
Creation of Sales and Product PPT presentations (in collaboration with Sales or Marketing team member)
Initial point of contact for incoming digital leads, tracking in CRM and leads distribution
Maintain/update client accounts in Pantheon’s CRM
Occasionally hand-deliver samples and client appreciation gifts to local client firms
Gather data, prepare and distribute various Sales and Project Reports
Handle administrative duties related to trade shows (1-2 per year)
National Account Clients – organize weekly team meeting, manage data and information received, update changes on documents/CRM, add notes for all important communication, ensure team is in sync on all attributes of the account.

Education and Experience
2+ years related experience:
customer service, sales, sales support, account management, client relations or similar experience in a B2B setting required
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Package, including PowerPoint and Excel
Previous experience working with the commercial architect/design community and/or building products industry is a plus but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or 4 year degree preferred.

Compensation:
$50k-$60k Base Salary, plus Quarterly Bonus Plan
