Form-on USA Corp. offers an exciting opportunity as Head of Sales who will be responsible for the management and development of the revenue and profitability in our business. In this role, the Head of Sales will be responsible for generating a pipeline of business and the leadership of a team of individuals in sales, ensuring that all targets are met, and all market potentials are exploited. The Head of Sales will be working in a hybrid capacity and will report to the CEO of Form-on USA Corp.
Responsibilities
Coach, lead and manage the Sales Team including planning, training and optimization.
Develop and implement the Sales strategy in collaboration with management.
Responsible for setting sales target goals in the US and Canada, driving development of customer base, number of active customers, discounts and number of customer and prospect calls.
Ensure that the Sales forecasts are accurate and achieved.
Develop and manage all nominated projects and ensure all deadlines are met.
Provide recommendations on product requirements, marketing and pricing structures.
Communicate client updates, competitor activity and market trends.
Ensure that all enquiries received by the team and themselves are actioned immediately and that the highest level of customer service is provided in a professional manner.
Serves as the point person for all serious customer problems.
Act as a role model both internally and externally, displaying a high standard of professionalism and expertise.
