Job Description:
As a Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by proactively generating leads, setting appointments, and acquiring clients within the designated territory of Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County in Michigan.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and leveraging online platforms. Research and stay informed about local businesses and industries to identify opportunities.
Appointment Setting:
Develop and maintain a strategic plan for setting appointments with key decision-makers. Effectively communicate the value proposition of and tailor presentations to meet the unique needs of each client.
Client Acquisition:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements. Present and negotiate contractual agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and client needs.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Prepare regular reports to track sales performance and contribute to ongoing strategic planning.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sale. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with the local business landscape in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County.
