Recruiting Heroes is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representativeto join our client's team in Massillon, Ohio
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for developing and executing sales plans, implementing and managing individual sales objectives, forecasting, creating alternate sales channels, and building the communications/support for a results-oriented and customer-focused sales organization.
Key Duties/Accountabilities:

Develop strategic business relationships with new and existing customers that lead to significant customer activities.
Coordinate all sales activity for designated territories.
Prepare sales plans to be consistent with the company vision and to achieve company goals.
Monitor and adjust plans as necessary and report results to management.
Working with product managers, developing and implementing pricing strategies.
Continuously communicate with manager.
Drive revenue-producing activities such as:
qualifying, pro-actively managing target accounts and cultivating professional senior level relationships with new and existing accounts that lead to significant business opportunities for Magnetech.
Work closely with customers to understand their business intention and/or dilemma.
Assist in the development/preparation of customer quotations.
Assist in the development of business presentations for customers.
Maintain a professional attitude when representing the company during phone, or personal contact with customers, outside vendors, and/or service providers, etc.
Document/report all customer complaints to quality department. Make every effort within your sphere of influence to resolve the complaint immediately.
Measures of Success:
Sales adequately meet or exceed budgetary goals.
On-time completion of quote(s).
Advancement into new markets or additional new customers.
