What Would You Do? The Specifics.
Administers variety of incentive compensation plans, in partnership with key stakeholders, to ensure accurate and timely commission and bonus calculations and payouts.
Works with internal team and departments to receive, analyze, and process financial information needed to prepare bonus files.
Serves as main point of contact to Associates, Managers, Doctors, and other leaders in, researching and resolving commission and bonus related inquiries.
Conducts periodic audits and updates of sales commission system to ensure ongoing accuracy.
Continually evaluates procedures and processes, revising as necessary to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Administers monthly and quarterly bonus programs for the field;
including annual reviewperformance report cards and bonus cycles.
Updates and publishes incentive plan documents and calendar in applicable and accessible locations.
Maintains up to date incentive and bonus plans on NVI portals to ensure impacted audiences can access a copy of their bonus plan.
Ensures pay practices are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
