City Wide, the nation's fastest growing facilities solutions company is growing in Knoxville and surrounding areas. We are searching for Sales Executives to join our organization.
This position is $100K+ opportunity. Base salary plus rewarding commission/bonus structure.
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and producing new commercial client business. The Sales Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and generating leads to closing deals. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a hunter's mentality, motivated by opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
Essential functions
Identifies potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.
Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, and preparing contracts.
Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
Requirements
2-3 years prior B2B Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.

goal driven and self-motivated.
Must have previous experience with cold calling (phone and in the field).
Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Demonstrate analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills and highly detail orientation (ability to follow-up).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
