Voze is looking for a motivated, experienced, and growth-mindset oriented Sales Development Representative to join our strong team! As an SDR, you will be responsible for finding potential clients for our company and starting new relationships with interested clients, thus expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of bringing on new business, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and hitting quotas. This person is proactive in their outreach and loves the challenges and opportunities that come with startup culture. They are also creative in their problem solving, open to feedback, constantly learning especially from our customers, works well with others, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities Include:
Generating and qualifying new leads
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Negotiating contracts
Promoting products and services
Delivering quality customer service
Communicating with all levels of the business
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in SDR role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent customer services skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in startup environment
