As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ONE 2 ONE, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to create opportunities for our sales team. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients within target markets through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
Qualification:
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our services.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments and demonstrations for our sales executives with qualified leads. Coordinate and confirm meeting details to ensure a smooth handoff.
Relationship Building:
Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with prospects through personalized follow-up emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages. Nurture relationships to keep prospects engaged and interested in our services.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and update lead information in the CRM system, keeping accurate records of interactions and progress. Track and report on key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and contribute ideas for improvement.
Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in a sale or lead generation role, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.
Strong communication skills with the abilitySDRs should be able to articulate the value proposition of the MSP's services and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.G., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus
Extremely organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo preferred
Demonstrated experience in a quota-driven sales environment
GENERAL COMPENSATION OVERVIEW:
Base Salary – 55 to 65k + Bonus which is based off of MQL’s converted to SQL’s, SQL’s converted to Presentation and Recurring Revenue Assisted in closing.
