About the Role:
TheSales Administratorwillwork in partnership with the entire sales team to driveand supportprocessand systems to ensure successfuldepartmentexecution. Qualified candidates should beready to take on multiple tasksand stay extremely organized. The ideal candidate is a team-player, willing to get their hands dirty, is passionateabout helping people, and is aready to join afast-pacedteam!
TheSales Administratoris responsible forsupporting the sales organization with a vast variety of projects and customersupport.
What you’ll be doing:
Organize, plan for (ensure we have product and packaging materials on hand) and execute sales sample shipments needed by the sales team
Track sales shipments vs. budget
Coordinate and execute product and packaging material shipment arrivals and unload boxes and organize product in storage
Customer “swag” ordering &
inventory management
Shipping to giveaway partners (gifting, product for shoots) and influencers (seeding, gifting, personalized packages) and coordinating days they’re home with them or their management. This sometimes involves buying product in stores first.
Internal form orders for Marketing social posts and for team when needed
Invoice deduction verification
Travel planning assist
Sales/Marketing 1-off requests
Requirements
What you’ll bring:
1-2 Years professional experience in a role supporting business operations
Extremely detail oriented and organized
Experience working within a budget
Able to move between various tasks easily
Excellent communication skills
Creative problem solver with critical thinking skills
Able to lift ~30lbs
Reliable personal transportation

Benefits
$20-$23 Per Hour
*The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, relevant certifications, department equity, traning and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Harmless Harvest which includes comprehensive perks and health benefits.
