We are looking for a Sales Account Executive in the Hartford, CT Area. Looking for someone with a solid logistical background. Looking for candidates with experience working at these companies like Main Freight, Seko, Seva, DBA, SBA, Ocean Air, Pilot etc., ideally.

Our client is offering the most aggressive commission structure with a solid base of $80,000-$120,000

is seeking a talented and dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in transportation sales. This position of Sales Account Executive will service the Boston area.

Duties Include:

  • Developing a marketing/sales plan for domestic and international services, in conjunction with Senior Management
  • Maintaining existing accounts
  • Generating new revenue
  • Meeting (and exceeding) Monthly Sales Targets
  • Utilizing Proven Sales Tactics and Business Savvy techniques to Overcome Gatekeeper Objections
  • Customizing Presentations for potential accounts
  • Uncovering Customer Needs, Influencing Others and Positioning the Appropriate Product for a customer's business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2-5 Years Sales Experience within the Transportation and Logistics Sales Environments
  • Astute at Closing New Business and Managing Existing Accounts
  • Proven Track Record of Quantifiable Sales Accomplishments
  • Experience in Working Autonomously
