Job Description
AECOM is seeking a talented and highly motivated Safety Administrator to support our Energy team’s large utility programs in Southern California.
The Successful candidate should be a dynamic, self-directed individual. The candidate will need strong technical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the project meets communications objectives.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
On-boarding activities
Fluency with Microsoft Office products, including strong Microsoft Excel skills
You will work with tools and software such as but not limited to Sharepoint, Visio, PowerBI, Procore, Smartsheet
Working knowledge of the following systems:
ISNetworld, Predictive Solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex materials.
Experience in relevant areas such as safety management.
Classify safety and environmental incidents according to established criteria, including severity, type, cause, and impact.
Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root causes of incidents and identify contributing factors.
Analyze incident data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain incident classification systems, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather incident information and coordinate response efforts.
Provide support and guidance to personnel involved in incident reporting and classification processes.
Stay abreast of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to safety and environmental incident management.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate incident trends, analysis findings, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
