We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join the Apple Roofing team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of roofing products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
Manage and provide guidance to a team of sales representatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Identify new business opportunities, including market and competitor research
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the roofing industry (required)
Experience managing a team and driving sales performance (required)
Strong knowledge of roofing products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
