Rn-Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic RN Supervisor to join our team. As an RN Supervisor at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision, guidance, and support to a team of nurses
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Manage and coordinate daily nursing activities
Assist with hiring, orienting, and training new nurses
Evaluate and monitor the performance of nursing staff
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among the nursing staff
Handle and resolve any patient or staff concerns
Requirements
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an RN
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
