Monitors and manages patient care to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance.

Minimum Education
Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree or RN Diploma required.Drag Edit Delete

Required Skills
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire or must be obtained within 90 days of employmentDrag Edit Delete

License:
Current TN or Multi-State RN licensure requiredDrag Edit Delete
Minimum Work Experience
One to two years experience working in a hospital (acute or critical access) setting or case management experience in hospital setting (acute or critical access).
