Ossia is seeking an experienced RF Sensing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing RF sensing code that utilizes RADAR and ultrasound imaging techniques to detect object locations in the environment for a large RF antenna array.
We are looking for a highly skilled engineers with expertise in algorithm development to work on cutting-edge RF sensing technology.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement RF sensing code for a large RF antenna array.
· Utilize known RADAR and ultrasound imaging techniques to enhance RF sensing capabilities.
· Develop new unique solutions when needed.
· Collaborate with a team of engineers to optimize and improve code performance.
· Design and implement algorithms to process RF sensing data effectively.
· Troubleshoot and debug code as needed to ensure accurate RF sensing results.
· Stay up-to-date with thelatest developments in RF sensing technology and incorporate relevant advancements into the code.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
· Proven experience in developing RF sensing code.
· Strong skills inscripting,code development and algorithm development.
Advanced understanding of software-defined radio architecture and control
· Knowledge of reconfigurable phased array antennas, analog and digital beamforming.
· Familiarity with LiDAR, RADAR and RF/ultrasound imaging techniques.
· Creative out-of-the-box thinker ready to take on new challenges.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· For lead position:
3 years’ experience managing a small team of engineers.
· For lead position:
Proven leadership experience.
Preferred Requirements:
· Advanced knowledge of RF/mmWave sensing technology.
· Experience with large RF reconfigurable phased array antennas.
· Technical know-how in MIMO, DSP, beamforming, waveform optimization and point cloud imaging.
· Proficiency in optimizing code for performance and efficiency.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Excellentskills ofcommunication, data visualization and documentation
· Willingness to stay updated with advancements in RF sensing technology.
Education:
· Master's or PhDdegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Salary Range:
