What You'll Do:
Utilize soldering equipment for the repair and modification of electronic circuit boards and 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment.
Test, troubleshoot, and repair RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment.
Collaborate with the Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, working closely with engineers and technicians.
Use network analysers to gather RF data for reports supporting RRH product development.
Read and work from schematics and run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes.
Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels and a clean, organized workstation.
Train and assist other Technicians in various aspects of repair.
What You Need:
Knowledge of RF principles.
Soldering and de-soldering skills.
In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory.
Ability to use signal generator and Spectrum analyzer.
Knowledge of VSWR, ACLR, and feedback circuits.
Experience:
Experience with receive and amplifier circuits.
Electronics Certification.
Successful completion of a Technical Aptitude Test.
For internal applicants:
2+ years experience as a Technician B and a letter of recommendation from an immediate supervisor.
MUST HAVE
