YOUR OBJECTIVE
You manage the customer experience for our retail customers. You are the architect of our presence in a new market and the brand ambassador for optimistic messages. With your team, you create positive brand impressions, spread the power of optimism, and sell our products while they are still fresh and relevant. Through your deep knowledge of the retail environment, you deliver excellent revenue growth and lasting brand loyalty.
YOUR JOB
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, and retain an outstanding team
Deliver consistently excellent customer experiences
Meet sales, presentation, and inventory goals through capable management
Develop strategies and plans to grow the business through authentic local connections
Attract and convert street and impulse traffic by creating a compelling store environment and appealing assortments
Ensure a safe and secure workplace
Implement sound operational practices
Effectively handle complaints, issues, and concerns as they arise
Provide useful, timely feedback to Life is Good on assortment opportunities, localized needs of the consumer and local marketing opportunities
Requirements

You have achieved significant growth in your prior retail experience
