Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service consistently, friendly and professionally.
Create memorable and personalized shopping experiences for our guests.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the luxury brands and products offered in each boutique.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
Up-serving guests in a professional and polite manner while
Display luxury sales techniques while promoting “Fairmont” exclusive merchandise.
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
Ensure shop is always clean.
Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
Maintain visually appealing displays that highlight the unique aspects of each boutique.
Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and brand offerings.
Computer savvy in Microsoft Window applications and/or Point of Sales System
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
