Restoration Project Manager / Estimator

Our clients company specializes in full-service restoration repair, reconstruction, remediation, and cleaning services. They are currently seeking two Project Manager/Estimators to join their team as they expand due to a new facility opening up.
As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various projects from start to finish.
Restoration Project Manager Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee jobs from beginning to end
Oversee schedules, personnel, and prepare work orders
Perform inspections before, during, and after the job to assess site needs, progress, and materials
Communicate effectively with insurance representatives, customers, contractors, suppliers, and other involved parties
Test samples for mold, asbestos, and lead
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications Demonstrated initiative and construction/project management experience
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
IICRC training or willingness to obtain
Strong time and budget management skills
Team player with a spirit of respect and collaboration
Proficiency in Xactimate or similar software
Experience with MS Office Suite
