Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor assist the restaurant management team in restaurant and banquet operations. They provide management presence while operating as an active member of the restaurant team.

Essential Job Functions
- Help train, coach, and mentor restaurant and bar staff
- Create daily reports on covers and other nightly operational information
- Supervise restaurant employees during service and support them by bussing and food running as needed
- Communicate with staff regarding specials, banquets, and expectations
- Supervise opening and closing side work
- Coordinate with other departments to explore new business opportunities and plans
- Meet with Restaurant Manager to coordinate progress on given projects and to determine future assignments
- Help plan, set up, and run catering, vacation, wedding, and banquet events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
