Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and financial performance.
Train, develop, and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service and meet business objectives.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.
Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions and events.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the menu according to market trends and customer preferences.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth and improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends.
Ability to manage budgets and financials.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
High school diploma or equivalent;
degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
