Job Description
Lead and manage the restaurant as a destination on its own, ensuring development of thebrand and compliance with the original concept and all curated service standards and procedures.
Lead and manage the outletin achievement of its optimal financial performance and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy and procedural implementation.
Trainand lead the team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
Promote the growth and development of internal talent.
Manage in partnership with the Director of Sales &
Marketing and Communication, Marketing and Public Relations Manager the social media accounts of the restaurant in accordance with the marketing standards (i.E. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
