Job Description
As a Resort Services Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of our in-house guests. Your responsibilities will include providing friendly and positive service, managing incoming calls, and coordinating various tasks to enhance the overall guest experience.
As a Resort Services Operator, you will:
Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests
Answer calls using the phone routing system
Route calls and take messages to the appropriate departments
Completedaily reports and records as required
Answer, screen, and routeoutside calls
Supply information to callers and recordmessages
Call back each guest who called to ensure completion of the request
Coordinatewith the front desk via “Owner Forecast Grid” to ensure all owner villas are a priority and that there are adequate villas in the system for the night arrival
Inputand manage timeshare villa status for the front desk
Be a liaisonwith the frontdesk daily for partial and full services and VIP lists
