Bathroom design and remodeling company for the past 20 years, is seeking a Residential Remodel Finish Carpenter to join our team. As our Residential Remodel Finish Carpenter, you will work directly with our project managers and clients to ensure that our projects are completed to the highest standard. You will be a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering quality work and ensuring each client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Install cabinetry, crown molding, hardware, baseboards, trim work, and other finish carpentry items
Work with power tools and measuring devices to complete carpentry tasks
Manage projects schedule, budget and subcontractors
Perform quality checks on all work completed
Collaborate with project managers and other team members on site to ensure project completion
Troubleshoot and resolve any carpentry issues or errors
Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have
Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
10+ years of experience in general carpentry
Knowledge of the tools and materials utilized in finish carpentry
Detail-oriented and meticulous in their work
Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and schematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
