Full-Time
Shifts Available:
First Shift:
8 AM - 4 PM
Second Shift:
4 PM - 12 AM
Third Shift:
12 AM - 8 AM
Compensation:
$16.50 per hour
Locations:
Montgomery County, Ardmore, PA
Essential Duties and Functions:
Intervene in crisis situations and document all critical incidents.
Ensure completion and accuracy of required site documentation, including observation checks, MARs, and daily shift notes.
Support Participants in Recovery (PIRs) in maintaining the physical plant by monitoring and inspecting household chores, and manage daily census and other data entry tasks.
Assess, plan, and help implement participant daily living activities in line with the Recovery Model.
Collaborate with external agencies to deliver coordinated and effective rehabilitation services.
Develop and update Recovery Support Plan (RSP) Goals with participants every 60 days, assisting with daily support.
Report to Program Manager for any maintenance issues and help assess participants' strengths to tailor skill development approaches.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the social service field.
Preferred:
CPRP, CPS, WRAP certifications.
PA criminal Clearance (within a year)
Physical and TB (within 6 months)
Covid Vaccination
Must possess a current, valid State Drivers License.
Skills and Abilities:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Empathetic and patient with a passion for service.
