Replenishment Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Remote Replenishment Analyst. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal inventory levels and stock availability in our online retail business.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, trends, and forecasting to forecast demand and determine optimal inventory levels
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing and replenishment strategies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times
- Work closely with the operations team to optimize inventory management processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
