As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating leasing, property management and maintenance of a portfolio of dozens of buildings and multiple field staff to ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing rental income. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of property management best practices.

Requirements
Responsibilities
LEASING. Post vacancies, process applications, issue leases and coordinate move ins with leasing agents to ensure the units are occupied
COLLECTIONS. Send collections emails &
texts, assign follow ups to property managers and resolve tenant issues to ensure rent is collected
MAINTENANCE. Coordinate maintenance, repairs &
cleaning with fields staff, escalate issues and ensure work is completed timely and correctly
REPORTING. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager or Administrator
Knowledge of property management software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proactive problem-solving abilities
