Remote Telecom Program Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager for a 6-month contract with the option to hire. This role can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and will be supporting a majortelecom network transformation from copper to fiber.
The duties of this role are as follows:
ProgramLeadership:
Lead and oversee multiple network technology projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Strategic Planning:
Lead and oversee multiple network technology projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Project Management:
Oversee all project management phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Oversee all project management phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Budget Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineering teams, vendors, and customers, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with network technology initiatives. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
Performance Tracking:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and performance, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
