Remote Sales Customer Service Representative

The Outbound Sales Customer Service Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products and services, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves achieving sales targets, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent;
