We are seeking a dynamic Remote Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and handling debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of remote customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and processes
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Address escalated customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
