Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of advanced process control and system strategies focusing on equipment reliability, encompassing both preventive and predictive maintenance.
Analyze repetitive maintenance issues, determine root causes of equipment failures, and implement effective solutions.
Optimize and maintain the Preventive &
Predictive Maintenance Plans to ensure operational integrity and reliability.
Conduct and oversee RCA and FMECA processes to identify and mitigate potential equipment failures.
Troubleshoot system problems related to automated production equipment, prioritizing reliability and efficiency.
Manage electrical and instrumentation components of projects, including the review and recommendation of specifications and replacements for obsolete parts, ensuring adherence to change control standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance process efficiencies, reduce costs, and control maintenance budgets.
Effectively utilize the SAP Plant Maintenance System for optimal maintenance planning and execution.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Proven expertise in predictive maintenance techniques, including Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic Leak Detection, and Motor Circuit Analysis.
Strong experience in equipment installation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
